Test Engineer

The Dynamics team at Transport for Greater Manchester are seeking a Test Engineer who is passionate about delivering high quality products to the travelling public and wishes to make their mark in a growing testing department. 

 

Your Role 

As a Test Engineer you will be responsible for the testing of technology products and services.

What you’ll bring 

  • Be familiar with Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies 

  • Experience in Cypress automation tool 

  • Write test scripts to cover edge cases 

  • Experience of System Integration, Regression and API testing 

  • Defect management using Jira and Confluence as an ALM tool   

  • Continuous Integrations i.e. GIT 

  • ISTQB certified an advantage

What we can offer you 

The is a permanent opportunity with scope for further career development – with a salary of £41,415 - £46,183 per annum salary will be based upon skills and experience. (This made up of a salary of £31,915 - £36,683 plus a market supplement of £9,500 per annum which is paid monthly and reviewed on an annual basis.)
